Solo Felice di Tanja Greisen ("we", "us") operates transparent kayak excursions in Sardinia. Registered address: Localita Cabadroxedda 3, 09070 Zerfaliu (OR), Italy. For any questions about your personal data, contact us at info@solofelice.com.
What we collect
When you book online, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred language, number of participants (including children), chosen date and time slot, and any voucher code you enter. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Booking confirmation emails are sent via Resend.
Why we use your data
We use your information to process and confirm your booking, send updates and meeting details (including via WhatsApp or email), ensure safety during the excursion, meet legal obligations, and respond to your requests.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (your booking) and, where applicable, based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe leisure activity service.
Retention
We keep booking and contact data for as long as needed to fulfil your reservation, handle refunds or disputes, and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
Sharing
We share payment information with Stripe to process transactions and use Resend to send booking confirmation emails. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. Contact info@solofelice.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
